Who may use ReShrink

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use ReShrink for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them. You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in methods secure.

What ReShrink does

ReShrink uses photos, labels, barcodes, and details you provide to suggest an item identity, condition notes, a price estimate, marketplace options, prepared photos, and an editable listing draft. You decide whether and how to use every suggestion.

ReShrink is a listing-draft tool, not a marketplace.

ReShrink does not act as a buyer, seller, broker, auctioneer, payment processor, shipper, authenticator, or appraiser. It does not take possession of items, guarantee a sale, hold sale proceeds, handle returns, or resolve disputes between you and another person. You publish or copy a draft only after reviewing it, and any sale happens under the rules of the destination you choose.

Review every draft

Automated results can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Before using a draft, you must confirm the item's identity, ownership, authenticity, condition, defects, measurements, category, price, shipping details, and any disclosure required by law or a third-party service. Price ranges are estimates, not live comparable sales, appraisals, or promises of what an item will sell for. A photo treatment may improve presentation, but it must not hide or misrepresent the item or its wear.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of the photos, item details, edits, and other content you provide. You give ReShrink a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, analyze, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from ReShrink's systems, except for limited backup, security, or legal retention.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content and that doing so does not violate anyone else's privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights. Do not upload unnecessary personal information, photos of people, addresses, payment details, or private documents.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReShrink to facilitate fraud, deception, infringement, harassment, or unlawful activity; to list stolen, counterfeit, prohibited, dangerous, or regulated items unlawfully; to interfere with or probe the service; to introduce malicious code; to scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service; to bypass usage limits or security controls; or to violate the rules of a third-party destination. ReShrink may remove content or limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Saving your work

Guest drafts and photos may be stored only in the browser and can be lost if site data is cleared, the browser is reset, or the device is unavailable. Signed-in accounts can back up supported data to ReShrink. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose and for reviewing deletion prompts before confirming them.

Third-party services

ReShrink relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, storage, artificial-intelligence processing, and email delivery. A marketplace or other destination you choose is separate from ReShrink and has its own terms, fees, privacy practices, content rules, and seller obligations. ReShrink is not responsible for a third party's service, decisions, availability, or transactions.

ReShrink's service and intellectual property

ReShrink and its licensors own the service, software, visual design, brand, and other materials we provide, excluding your content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Features may change, pause, or stop, and ReShrink does not promise that the service or any particular feature will always be available.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, ReShrink is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. ReShrink is not liable for decisions you make from a draft, failed or disputed sales, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You are responsible for your items, content, drafts, listings, representations, taxes, legal compliance, and dealings with other people. To the extent permitted by law, you will protect ReShrink from claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your content, your listings or transactions, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending use and changing these Terms

You may stop using ReShrink at any time and may delete a supported account from the Account page. Provisions that by their nature should continue after use ends will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, responsibility, and limitations of liability. ReShrink may update these Terms as the service develops. The updated date will change, and continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
